Refund policy
1. Eligibility for Returns
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return under the conditions below:
Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date the order is marked as delivered.
Items must be unused, unmounted, clean, and in original packaging, including any labels or inserts.
A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Products that are used, installed, worn, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.
If you believe your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with photos so we can review the issue.
2. How to Initiate a Return
Please do not send any items back without prior authorization, as this may delay processing or result in refusal of the return.

If your request is approved, you will receive:

3. Return Shipping
For most returns (change of mind, wrong size, ordered by mistake), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
If the return is due to our error (for example, an incorrect item shipped) or a confirmed product defect, we will cover the cost of return shipping or offer a prepaid return label.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit during the return shipment.
4. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved refunds are issued to your original payment method only. Please allow 5–14 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping charges (the cost you paid to receive the order) are non‑refundable, unless:

The return is the result of our error (wrong item, duplicate shipment), or

A product defect has been confirmed.
If the returned item is not in its original condition (used, dirty, damaged, missing parts or packaging), we may:

Reject the refund, or

Issue a partial refund at our sole discretion.
5. Returns Due to Damage, Defect, or Incorrect Item
If you receive an item that is damaged in transit, defective, or not what you ordered contact us within 7 days from the delivery date.
Provide clear photos of:

Packaging, and
-
The shipping label, if relevant
After reviewing the case, we will
Cover the cost of return shipping (if a return is required), and offer either a replacement or a full refund, according to your preference and product availability.
6. Non‑Returnable and Limited‑Return Items
For safety, hygiene, and quality reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Used or mounted tires and tubes

Products showing signs of wear, installation, or misuse

Items not in original packaging or missing essential parts

Opened tubeless tires, sealant‑contaminated products, or other items that cannot be safely inspected and resold

Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non‑returnable” at the time of purchase
If such items are returned without prior approval, they may be refused or disposed of without refund.
7. Order Cancellations
Orders can sometimes be cancelled before they are processed and shipped. If you wish to cancel, contact us immediately with your order number.
If the order has already been processed or shipped:

The order can no longer be cancelled, but you may still request a return under the terms of this policy once the package is delivered.

Refusing delivery will result in the package being returned; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed according to the rules above (shipping charges may be deducted).
8. Exchanges
We do not operate a direct exchange system. If you need a different size or model please request a return for the original item according to this policy and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures the replacement is reserved and shipped as quickly as possible.

Warranty
We confidently stand behind our Fincci bike tubes and tires to take you far on every ride. That said, unforeseen issues can happen. That's why we offer a 1-year full warranty on all Fincci products. Contact us immediately for a fast resolution if anything goes wrong.
