Take a photo of the damage and reach out to support right away. We’ll review and guide you through a replacement or refund.

How do I submit a warranty claim?

Email help@fincci.bike or use our Contact page. Include your order number, the product name and a description of the issue.

Do Fincci products come with a warranty?

Yes — Fincci tubes and tires carry a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. It does not cover normal wear or damage from incorrect installation or use.

What if I need to return or refund an item?

Unused and unmounted items may be returned within 30 days after delivery. Please review our Return & Refund Policy for eligibility, return shipping costs and instructions.

How can I pay for my order?

You can pay securely using major credit/debit cards. All payments are processed securely, and your payment information is encrypted.

Can I change or cancel my order after it’s placed?
