Frequently Asked Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

What size tire do I need for my bike?

Check the existing tire sidewall for size like 26 x 1.95 or ETRTO 50-559. First number = wheel diameter (must match: 20, 24, 26, 27.5, 29, or 700c). Second number = tire width (typically a range works).

What does ETRTO mean?

ETRTO is the European Tyre and Rim Technical Organisation standard. Format is {width}-{bead} (e.g., 50-559 = 50mm wide × 559mm bead diameter for a 26 inch rim). It's the most reliable way to match tires and rims.

What's the difference between Schrader and Presta valves?

Schrader (car-style, fatter) is common on cruiser, hybrid, and MTB bikes. Presta (thinner, threaded) is common on road and high-end MTB. Both work — pick what your rim and pump support.

Are these tires tubeless-ready?

Selected models are marked Tubeless Ready (e.g., gravel 700x38c, MTB 27.5x2.35, 29x2.4). Most other models are clincher (require inner tube). Check product description for the Tubeless Ready badge.

Can I use a 26x1.95 tire instead of 26x2.10?

Yes — slight width differences (within ~10mm) are usually fine if your rim accommodates the new width. Check your rim's recommended width range. Same wheel diameter (26 inch → 559mm) is essential.

How long does shipping take?

US domestic shipping is 3-7 business days via Amazon FBA. Order tracking is provided after shipment.

What is the return policy?

30-day return policy. Items must be unused. Original packaging is preferred. Contact us for a return label.

Are these tires CE and ISO certified?

Yes — all Fincci tires and tubes are CE and ISO certified for safety, quality, and durability. Manufacturer warranty included.

What's the difference between clincher and tubeless tires?

Clincher = traditional design, requires an inner tube. Tubeless = special bead seals to the rim, uses sealant instead of a tube — fewer flats, lower pressures possible, but requires a tubeless-ready rim and tire.
